Who we are
Kin Facto is a growth partner for law firms based in the United States. We run paid media campaigns, produce ad creative, operate client intake and qualification, and transfer qualified leads to our clients' sales teams. Our clients are law firms. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal services.
Information we collect

When you book a call, submit a form, or email us, we collect the details you provide. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, firm name, and anything else you choose to tell us about your practice.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

- Pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and referring website

Information from advertising platforms
We run campaigns on third-party advertising platforms. Those platforms may share aggregated or pseudonymous data with us about how their users interacted with our ads, so we can measure and improve campaign performance.
Information about our clients' leads
When we run campaigns and intake on behalf of a law firm client, we process personal information belonging to that firm's prospective clients, such as name, contact details, and case details supplied through a form or phone call. In that context we act as a service provider to the law firm, and we process that information under the firm's instructions and for the purposes set out in our agreement with them.

- To provide, operate, and improve our services
- To run, measure, and optimize advertising campaigns
- To qualify inquiries and transfer them to the appropriate law firm
- To send service communications, updates, and reporting

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Website hosting, customer relationship management, scheduling, email delivery, analytics, and advertising platforms that process data on our behalf.
- Law firm clients. If you submit an inquiry through a campaign or landing page we operate for a law firm, your information is provided to that firm so it can evaluate and respond to your matter.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kin Facto, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Cookies and tracking

Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, opt out of targeted advertising or the sharing of your information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. If your information was submitted through a campaign we operate for a law firm, we may direct your request to that firm, since it controls how that information is used.
Email and text messages
If you give us your contact details, we may contact you about your inquiry or our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, and you can stop text messages by replying STOP. We may still send you messages necessary to provide a service you requested.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party websites
Our site may link to websites we do not operate, including our clients' websites and third-party scheduling tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
